1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the website at quantum-digital.techand its subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Quantum Digital FZ-LLC (“Quantum”, “we”). They do not govern use of any subscription product operated by Quantum — those have their own terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse and reference the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest content beyond standard search-engine indexing.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, illegal content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Quantum wordmark and logo, copy, layout, the dot-matrix map, product names (Games Empire, FlexiFit VIP, Savora, Quantum Rail), and the underlying code — is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for fair-use quotation and standard browser caching.

Third-party marks shown on the Site (operators, licensors, partner publishers) remain the property of their respective owners. Where shown, such marks are displayed for descriptive or factual reference only, under any applicable consent.

4. Information accuracy and forward-looking statements

Quantum makes reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate, but does not warrant completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Live metrics and dashboard surfaces shown on the Site are illustrative and labelled as demonstration data; they are not representations of real-time commercial figures. Roadmap items, launch dates, and market expansion plans are forward-looking and may change without notice.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. games-empire.net). Quantum is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites and provides such links for convenience only.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Quantum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Confidentiality of pre-contractual discussions

Operator partner figures, per-market subscriber counts, retention metrics, and operator identities discussed during commercial evaluation are confidential and shared under NDA where applicable. Information surfaced publicly on the Site is the only information Quantum makes generally available.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, in particular, the regulations applicable in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) free-zone framework. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer- protection laws that may apply to non-UAE users in their home jurisdictions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
