Privacy notice
How Quantum Digital FZ-LLC handles personal data — what we collect, why, where it lives, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Quantum Digital FZ-LLC(“Quantum”, “we”) is a free-zone limited liability company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We operate carrier-billed content services across European and APAC markets through partnerships with mobile operators, gateways, and aggregators.
2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to personal data processed through this website (quantum-digital.tech) and our direct interactions with operator partners, prospects, and applicants. End-user data processed by our subscription apps (Games Empire, FlexiFit VIP, Savora) is governed by each product’s in-app privacy notice and, where relevant, the operator’s own privacy framework.
3. What we collect
3.1 Website visitors
- Server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- No analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers are deployed at the time of this notice. See our Cookies notice.
3.2 Contact form submissions
- Name, work email, company name, and the message body.
- Submission timestamp and originating IP for abuse prevention.
3.3 Operator partner correspondence
- Business contact details exchanged during commercial negotiations.
- Onboarding artefacts (NDAs, term sheets, technical reviews).
4. Why we process this data (lawful bases)
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps — when you submit a contact form or correspond with us as a prospective partner.
- Legitimate interests — securing our website, preventing abuse, maintaining commercial records.
- Legal obligation — record-keeping under UAE and operator-jurisdiction requirements.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers under written processor agreements (e.g. hosting, email).
- Operator partners where strictly necessary to evaluate or execute a commercial arrangement, under confidentiality terms.
- Regulators and law enforcement where legally required.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Storage location
Personal data collected through this website is processed and stored under the UAE PDPL framework. Service providers used to operate the website (for example, hosting) may store data in their own regions under written processor agreements.
7. Retention
- Server logs: 30 days unless retained for investigation.
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from last contact, or longer where commercially active.
- Partner records: retained for the duration of the relationship plus the applicable limitation period.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. You may also contact the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have not been respected.

9. Security
We apply role-based access controls, encryption in transit, EU-region storage for warehouse data, and PII redaction at ingest where applicable. See the platform overview for the broader operational posture.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as our processing changes or as legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
